About
I work across the whole stack rather than one end of it — interfaces, the services behind them, and the delivery pipeline that gets both into production.
A lot of it is the less visible kind of engineering: migrating live products onto new foundations, auditing performance and security, and shipping releases across several markets without breaking them.
I came to development from production and operations management, which is probably why I care more about how a system behaves in production than about how it looks in a diagram.
Lately that has pulled me towards architecture — and towards the question of how LLM systems get built to be dependable rather than merely impressive.
Direction
I'm working towards becoming an AI architect — the person who decides how LLM systems get built: retrieval, agents, evaluation, guardrails, and what it costs to run them. The platform judgement I use now transfers; the applied AI half is what I'm building.

Platform work at both ends: Next.js frontends and the CMS layer, plus Node.js services running on AWS. Much of the role is cross-repo architecture review, security and GDPR compliance audits, performance forensics, and shipping releases across several Nordic markets.

Moving live products onto new foundations without taking them down.
Moved multi-market sites off Gatsby and onto Next.js, keeping SEO and content parity intact across every market while the migration ran incrementally alongside the live site.

Replaced WordPress with a headless CMS, modelling content so editors could publish to several markets and languages from one place instead of maintaining parallel sites.

Took part in replacing an ageing customer-facing frontend with a new service — running both side by side, moving traffic across gradually, and decommissioning the old one without downtime.
